Hello I recently came across your podcast and as I am much interested in church history and the Paulicians in particular I enjoyed your episode very much. I do have a question. During your lecture you mentioned a quote from one of the bishops in 1058 where he says of the Roman catholic and eastern orthodox churches “they have long ago broken connection with the church and have been excluded.”
I have read this quote in LP Brockett’s book on baptist history, but he doesn’t include who the bishop was or any other information.
